· Plan and implement the Overcomers Christian Academy education program.

· Recruit and teach students.

· Plan and conduct meetings, seminars, and activities to train teachers.

· Schedule and teach classes for specific group needs (marriage, parenting, finances, etc.)

· Plan and facilitate graduation and certificate award ceremonies.
